D B Realty Limited Announces Resignation of Jayvardhan Goenka as Non Executive Non Independent Director and Member of CSR Committee

D B Realty Limited announced that Mr. Jayvardhan Goenka has resigned as Non Executive Non Independent Director from the Board of Directors of the Company and as member of CSR Committee with effect from June 27, 2019 due to his pre occupation and other commitments. The Board of Directors have accepted his resignation vide Circular Resolution passed on June 27, 2019.
