VALIANT HOLDING AG The 27th Annual General Meeting of Valiant took place in Bern on 22 May 2024. 971 shareholders were present at the Annual General Meeting of Valiant Holding AG in Bern, representing 7,575,470 votes (47.97%), and approved all motions submitted by the Board.
Dividend increased to CHF 5.50
Shareholders also approved a CHF 0.50 increase in the dividend to CHF 5.50. This represents a payout ratio of 60.2%, which is within the target range of 50-70% set by the Board. A total of CHF 86.86 million will be paid out to shareholders.
Sustainability Report 2023
For the first time the Sustainability Report was submitted to the Annual General Meeting for a consultative vote. The Board of Directors are delighted that 91.34% of shareholders voted in favour, a clear sign of their approval. This positive result affirms all Valiant's activities and progress when it comes to sustainability.
