From October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, the company has repurchased 2,687 shares, for $0.08 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,328,385 shares, for $19.34 million under the buyback announced on June 6, 2001.

Its investment portfolio consists of fixed maturities, equity securities, trading securities, mortgage loans, notes receivable and real estate.
