From January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023, the company has repurchased 337,945 shares, representing 3.19% for $8.21 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 517,805 shares, representing 4.92% for $12.03 million under the buyback announced on February 4, 2021.
Unity Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company that serves as a holding company for Unity Bank (the Bank). The primary activity of the Company is ownership and supervision of the Bank.
