United Projects for Aviation Services Company KSCP (the "Company") would
like to inform that it has received a notification letter from Touristic Enterprises
Company for the outcome of the bid submitted for the Messila Beach Site
Project (Plage 2) for 17 years duration, as we have been notified that the
submitted bid By the Company is the best offer presented and that we will be
informed later about the date of signing the contract. Noting that, this
notification letter does not constitute a contractual obligation or a promise to
contract and does not entail any rights unless the contract that is the subject
of the bid is concluded.
Significant Effect of the material
There is no material impact on the company's financial position at the present
information on the financial
