On August 11, 2015, United Bancshares Inc. announced the resignation of Diana L. Engelhardt as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 4, 2015.
United Bancshares, Inc. is a financial holding company. Its principal subsidiary is The Union Bank Company (Union Bank). Its core business operations are conducted through its subsidiaries, Union Bank and UBC Risk Management, Inc. (UBC Risk Management).
