Unitas Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company mainly engaged in dry bulk shipping and shipping agency business. The Company operates its business through two business segments. The Dry Bulk Shipping and Logistic Services segment mainly provides dry bulk shipping and shipping agency services to international customers. The Intellectual Property (IP) Automation and Entertainment Business segment is mainly engaged in operating intellectual property theme experience centers with automated gift machines, themed game machines, carnival game machines and retail stores, in addition, the segment operates integrated entertainment and sports experience amusement parks and provides IP-related brand management and marketing consulting services.
