Unique Logistics International, Inc. (OTCPK:UNQL) entered into share and purchase agreement to acquire Unique Logistics International Hong Kong Limited from Unique Logistics Holdings Limited for $2.3 million on September 13, 2022.As part of the agreement, Unique Logistics International will acquire 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of Unique Logistics International Hong Kong Limited. Consideration will be paid either by a promissory note in favor of Vendor or in cash. Lucosky Brookman LLP acted as legal advisor to Unique Logistics International, Inc. on the transaction.

Its facility has a storage capacity of approximately 9,000 pallets.
