Uniper's new Chief Financial Officer, Jutta Donges, and the new Chief Operating Officer, Holger Kreetz, will take on their positions in Uniper's Board of Management.

Klaus-Dieter Maubach has resigned from his Board position as of the end of February. Uniper had announced in January that he will leave the company.

The Supervisory Board is in an advanced process to appoint a successor for the CEO position and expects that the appointment can take place very soon.

Until the time of succession, corresponding tasks will be assumed on an interim basis by Jutta Donges and Holger Kreetz.
