Union Venture Capital Co., Ltd announced a private placement of 60,000,000 common shares at a price of TWD 10 per share for gross proceeds of TWD 600,000,000 on May 10, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Union Bank of Taiwan to retain its 100% stake in the company. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investor.
The investor will subscribe to the shares after receiving from the Financial Supervisory Commission.
