Union Atlantic Minerals Limited, formerly Miranda Mineral Holdings Limited, is a South Africa-based mineral exploration, mining development and investment holding company. The Company is focused on brownfields exploration for base and technology metals; mine development; mining of ores, and production of polymetallic concentrates. Its Rozynenbosch Project is an exploration project that targets a lead-silver-zinc and copper deposit in the Northern Cape province of South Africa. The project occurs on the farm Rozynenbosch 104 in the Kenhardt district, 38 kilometer (km) south-east of the town of Kakamas and 78km south-west of Upington. The Company's subsidiaries include Miranda Minerals (Pty) Limited, Naledi Mining Solutions (Pty) Limited and Molebogeng Mining Investment Holdings (Pty) Limited.
