Unifique Telecomunicações S.A. entered into an agreement to acquire Rasche & Stefenon Ltda., MB Telecomunicações Ltda. and Srnet Serviços de Telecomunicações Ltda for BRL 20 million

Unifique Telecomunicações S.A. (BOVESPA:FIQE3) entered into an agreement to acquire Rasche & Stefenon Ltda., MB Telecomunicações Ltda. and Srnet Serviços de Telecomunicações Ltda for BRL 20 million on December 30, 2022. The 25% of the consideration will be settled on signing of agreement and 67.5% of the consideration will be paid in 36 instalments and the remaining 7.5% in 60 months after completion of transaction.
