Unicorn Capital Partners Limited announced that Mr. Johann Lemmer, the current executive financial director of the Company, will resign with effect from 30 June 2020 in order to pursue an international career. Ms Catherine Wolmarans will fulfil the role of acting CFO after 30 June 2020 until such time as the Board finalises the appointment of a permanent CFO.
