Uni-Asia Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Ang Miah Khiang retired as Independent Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from 29 April 2016 at the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting. Concurrently, Mr. Ang ceased to be Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of Remuneration Committee, Member of Nominating Committee and Lead Independent Director.
