Cefour Wine & Beverage Partihandel AB announced that it has received SEK 3.2 million in funding from Capillum Holding AB.

Cefour Wine & Beverage Partihandel AB (OM:CEFO B) announced a private placement of 32,000,000 series B shares at SEK 0.10 per share for gross proceeds of SEK 3,200,000 with existing investor Capillum Holding AB on February 22, 2013. Capillum Holding AB will thereby hold 14.1% of the votes and 19.5% of the share capital in the company.

On February 22, 2013, Cefour Wine & Beverage Partihandel AB closed the transaction.
