UltraTech Cement Limited informed that the Company has received an order from the Principal Commissioner, Central GST & Central Excise, Patna, Bihar. Details of the violation: Recovery of late fee for alleged delayed filing of ER-1 return for January 2015, Disallowance of CENVAT Credit on various input services including GTA services. Impact on financial, operation or other activities of the listed entity, quantifiable in monetary terms to
the extent possible: GST (INR 11,440,108) + Interest + Penalty (INR 11,445,108) + Late Fees (INR 20,000). Nature and details of the action: Demand for GST + Interest + Penalty + Late fees.
