FITCH CONFERMA RATING E OUTLOOK DI UBI BANCA

Bergamo, 30 Novembre 2018 - UBI Banca informa che, in sede di revisione annuale, l'agenzia Fitch Ratings ha confermato tutti i rating, inclusi il Long-Term Issuer Default Rating a "BBB-" con Outlook Negativo, il Short-Term Issuer Default Rating a "F3" e il Viability Rating a "bbb-".

L'Outlook Negativo sul Long-Term Issuer Default Rating riflette principalmente il rischio di possibili pressioni sul rating derivanti dal deterioramento del contesto economico italiano e del rating sovrano.

FITCH CONFIRMS RATINGS AND OUTLOOK OF UBI BANCA

Bergamo, 30th November 2018 - UBI Banca informs that, in the framework of annual revision, the agency Fitch Ratings confirmed the all ratings of UBI Banca, including the Long-term Issuer Default Rating of "BBB-" with Negative Outlook, the Short-Term Issuer Default Rating of "F3" and the Viability Rating of "bbb-".

The Negative Outlook on Long-term Issuer Default Rating mainly reflects the risk of possible pressures arising from a deterioration in the contingent Italian operating environment and in sovereign rating.
