Offered the newly issued ordinary shares under the Rights Offering ("RO") during 28th May 2021 to 8th June 2021, in the amount of 13,162,525,880 shares at par value of THB 0.10 per share with the offering price of THB 0.04 per share. The net proceedings after the related expenses to the Company from the RO is THB 526,131,035.20.
