To the Shareholders of Two Rivers Financial Group, Inc.,
Notice is hereby given that, by order of the Board of Directors, pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation, the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of Two Rivers Financial Group, Inc. will be held at 5:30 P.M. on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 for the following purposes:
- To elect the following three (3) directors, bios attached, for a 3-year term: Douglas G. Martin, Frank J. Delaney, and Robert G. Riley.
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
January 3, 2022 is the Date of Record for determination of shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
To ensure the well-being and safety of our shareholders and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's meeting will once again be a virtual meeting via ZOOM.
Registration is required to participate by visiting https://investors.tworiversfinancialgroup.comand click "REGISTER HERE". Once registration is complete and you have been verified as a TRVR Shareholder of record on January 3, 2022, a confirmation email will be sent within 3 business days containing the meeting link.
While all shareholders are encouraged to attend the virtual meeting, we request you vote your proxy now. Voting instructions are listed on your proxy and we encourage you to vote as soon as possible by telephone or via the internet.Both voting methods are simple and easy to complete. If you choose to mail your proxy, please return your completed proxy todayusing the prepaid envelope provided.
