Announcement of Revision to Year-End Dividend Forecast

TV Asahi Holdings Corporation (the "Company") hereby announces that it has revised its year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, which was previously announced on February 8, 2024. The details are as follows.

1. Reason for revision to dividend forecast

The Company regards the distribution of profits to shareholders as an important management policy and strives to pay stable ordinary dividends and return profits to shareholders through commemorative dividends that mark key events and special dividends as warranted by financial performance in a given fiscal period.

For fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, in addition to various endeavors taken under the management plan "TV Asahi for the New Era: Management Plan 2023-2025", sale of strategic holdings and investment in growth areas that are financial strategies of the Company are also progressing well. Moreover, comprehensively taking into account deliberations regarding Tokyo Stock Exchange's request of "Action to Implement Management that is Conscious of Cost of Capital and Stock Price", the Company plans to add 10 yen to the previous year-end common dividend forecast (announced on February 8, 2024), making the year-end dividend 40 yen per share. As a result, the annual dividend is forecast to be 60 yen per share (payout ratio: 40.6%).
