TTK Healthcare Limited approved Dividend of INR 5.00 per Equity Share of INR 104 each (50%), for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019 which shall be paid /dispatched on or before 30th August, 2019, subject to the approval of the Shareholders;
The company also approve appointment of Mr. V Ranganathan as an Additional Director (independent) of the Company, for a term of 5 years, with effect from 1st June, 2019, subject to the approval of the Shareholders by means of an Ordinary Resolution.
TTK Healthcare Limited is an India-based company, which provides consumer and healthcare products. The Company's segments include Animal Welfare, Consumer Products, Medical Devices, Protective Devices, Foods and Others. The Animal Welfare segment comprises products for veterinary use. The Consumer Products segment comprises marketing and distribution of Woodward's Gripewater, EVA range of cosmetics, good home range of scrubbers, air fresheners and various others. Its brands also include Skore and HUG n WAG. The Medical Devices segment includes artificial heart valves, orthopedic implants and others. The Protective Devices segment comprises manufacturing and marketing of male contraceptives and other allied products. The Foods segment comprises manufacturing and marketing of food products. Under the brand name Fryums, extruded products such as papads are offered to its business to business and export customers. The Others segment includes printing and publishing of maps and atlases.
