TSH Resources Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in oil palm cultivation and processing of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK). Its segments include Palm products and Others. The Palm products segment is engaged in the operation of oil palm plantations, the manufacture and sale of crude palm oil and palm kernels. The Others segment is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of downstream wood products, operation of a forest management unit, manufacture, sale and trading of cocoa products, and generation and supply of electricity from biomass plants. It operates six mills with a combined processing capacity of approximately 1.8 million tons of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) per annum. It has two Sabah-based palm oil mills located along the Sabah Oil Palm Belt (Tawau-Lahad Datu -Sandakan highway). It has diversified into planting rubber, processing and selling cocoa products and manufacturing of engineered hardwood flooring.
