Bangkok, 1 July 2024 - True Digital Park (TDPK), Southeast Asia's largest tech and startup hub, led by Mr. Thanasorn Jaidee (third from left), President, is forging ahead in supporting Climate Tech startups, partnering with VEKIN (Thailand) Co., Ltd., led by Dr. Sakayong Patanavekin (second from right), CEO, to upgrade True Digital Park's event space services with the Carbon Neutral Events Service. This initiative encourages event organizers to be more environmentally conscious. True Digital Park offers Thailand's first carbon-neutral events service, integrating end-to-end event space services to help achieve net-zero carbon emissions from organizing events. TDPK encourages organizations and event organizers to play a part in solving the global warming crisis. This initiative aims to accelerate collaborations across all sectors to drive Thailand towards the Net Zero goal for a sustainable world. The collaboration has been endorsed by Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO) led by Mr. Rongphet Bunchualdee (far left), Deputy Executive Director, and Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) led by Mrs. Orachorn Wongpan-ngam (third from right), Director for MICE Capabilities Development, propelling Thailand's MICE industry to become a sustainable event destination among other countries and ASEAN's MICE destination.
Mr. Thanasorn Jaidee, President of True Digital Park said "True Digital Park is advancing its mission to drive and support the growth of startups, leveraging its strength in the complete ecosystem for startups and tech entrepreneurs. Recently, True Digital Park partnered with VEKIN, a Thai startup that continuously develops environmental and sustainability innovation, to deploy climate technology and upgrade its event space services. Launching the Carbon Neutral Events Service, True Digital Park is the first event service venue in Thailand to offer end-to-end services to help achieve carbon neutrality from organizing events. This partnership fulfills True Digital Park's ambition to drive startups' growth. It creates an opportunity to engage all sectors to collaborate in tackling the climate change problem for a sustainable world, as well as strengthens the competitiveness of the Thai MICE industry in supporting Carbon Neutral Events that meet the sustainability agenda of organizations and companies around the globe".

The Carbon Neutral Events Service aims to raise awareness and engage organizations and event organizers in reducing environmental impacts by providing carbon assessment and carbon offset solutions," added Mr. Thanasorn.
Dr. Sakayong Patanavekin, CEO of VEKIN (Thailand) Co., Ltd., said "We have expertise in developing innovations for the environment and sustainability. The Carbon Neutral Events Service assists organizers and event owners in organizing carbon-neutral events. Through a platform that assesses carbon footprints and provides carbon offsets, this service helps save costs and time and reduces complexity when coordinating with various stakeholders involved in event organization. It also streamlines interactions with government agencies while ensuring certification as a carbon-neutral event. Additionally, the service aligns with organizations' sustainability goals and enhances their brand image as environmentally responsible entities. The TDPK Carbon Neutral Events Service includes:

- Carbon assessment and Carbon offset services
- Real-time data visualization and reporting of carbon footprints via a dashboard
- Certification as a carbon-neutral event by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO)
