Trident Lifeline Limited (BSE:543616) agreed to acquire 51% stake in Tll Herbal Limited from existing shareholders for INR 0.51 million on July 15, 2023. Under the terms, the shares in Tll Herbal shall be acquired at INR 10 per share. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors and shareholders of Trident Lifeline.
The transaction is expected to complete within approximately one month.
