Transtema Group AB (OM:TRANS) entered into an agreement to acquire Tessta Connect AS and Tessta G-Trench AS for NOK 400 million on February 28, 2022. The company will pay initial purchase price of NOK 190 million and will pay a contingent consideration of maximum NOK 210 million. In 2021 Tessta Connect had total sales of NOK 413 million.
