Transart Graphics Co., Ltd. (TSEC:8481) acquired Doublepress from a family on October 10, 2019. Melanie Hung, Managing Director of Transart Europe B.V. will be in charge of Holland branch. Doublepress’ operation in the Dutch town Kampen will be expanded and additional people will be hired.
Transart Graphics Co., Ltd. (TSEC:8481) completed the acquisition of Doublepress from a family on October 10, 2019.
Transart Graphics Co., Ltd. is engaged in the provision of label products. The label products are mainly supplied for bicycles, bicycle parts, sports equipment, IT (information technology) industry and other industries. The Company has three types of label products. The Watermark transfer labels include solvent transfer labels, filmless labels for bicycle industry, as well as forward watermark labels for other industries. The self adhesive label products contain high temperature labels and a variety of self adhesive labels. The Other products contain thermal transfer labels, pressure sensitive dry transfer labels, panel and ming version applied for electronic industry, helmets products and other kinds of industrial products.
