Closure of Share Purchase Plan

The directors of Trafford Resources Limited (ASX : TRF) wish to announce the closure of the Share Purchase Plan (SPP).
The SPP was successful in raising $304,050 by the issuance of 4,343,587 shares. Each share in the SPP entitles the participant to two free attaching options, exercisable at 10 cents on or before 16th February 2015. The Company will apply to have these options listed on ASX.
The shares and options issued pursuant to this SPP will be allotted today (15th July
2014). It is anticipated that these shares and options will commence trading on
Thursday 17th July 2014.
The Company will now look to place the balance of the SPP amount to interested third parties in order to further fund the ongoing exploration of its new, major tin discovery in South Australia.
The Board wishes to take this opportunity to thank all existing shareholders for their continued strong support in the current difficult, equity market.
