TPR signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Aquarius Engines

TPR has signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Aquarius Engines, an Israeli startup regularly traded in the Israeli stock exchange market (TASE: AQUA) since December 2020, which has original technology for developing epoch-making engines. Both Aquarius and TPR have agreed to execute a collaboration for joint development of innovative technology as a strategic partner.

Aquarius has successfully realized "free piston linear engine," which is very small, light-weight and highly efficient, and the company is aiming to supply accessible and affordable electricity systems with this linear engine, and to provide various electric supply solutions for the upcoming market demands. And Aquarius also plans to apply its technology for hydrogen fuel business and development of generator equipped with Aquarius linear engine.
"Through this MOU, TPR will work jointly on performance improvement of Aquarius linear engine and generator, and will strive for utilizing technologies for the development of next- generation fuel engine parts by collaborating with Aquarius, and then will contribute to the SDG's and carbon-free society," said Kazumi Yano, President & COO, TPR CO., LTD.
