We are pleased to announce that HKC Private Limited (the Company), an SPV and subsidiary of TPL REIT Management Company Limited, has been accorded Construction Permit dated 3rd March, 2023, from the Sindh Building Control Authority. This is following the approval of Architectural Concept Plan and Structural NOC which was granted earlier.
The Company will now start the piling work and plans to complete the construction of the Project within the next 3 years.
