Toung Loong Textile MFG. Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 855.822 million compared to TWD 963.996 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 32.760 million compared to TWD 76.739 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 11.334 million compared to TWD 62.788 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.09 compared to TWD 0.52 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 2,177.770 million compared to TWD 2,740.065 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 37.070 million compared to TWD 230.004 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 25.146 million compared to TWD 183.394 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.21 compared to TWD 1.52 a year ago.
Toung Loong Textile Mfg. Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of yarns. The Company's products consist of sewing threads, including zipper sewing threads, spun polyester (SP) threads, polyester yarns, nylon threads and bonded threads, and yarns for apparels, such as label yarns, Velcro yarns, air textured yarns, textured yarns and woven yarns. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Europe, the Americas, Oceania and others.
