London, 22 December 2014 - Further to the announcement made on 4thNovember 2014, Touchstone, the AIM listed investment company, provides a clarificatory announcement regarding its investee company, Smart Desk Systems Limited ("Smartdesk").
The Board of Touchstone would like to confirm that the Company's recent acquisition of the businesses, assets and intellectual property of GOS Systems ("GOS") included 99.994% of the share capital of Smart Desk Systems Limited. Smartdesk is a UK-­‐based company providing a communications platform with a secure, flexible, scalable and auditable messaging toolkit.
