An undisclosed buyer entered into an agreement to acquire non producing, non core assets from Toscana Energy Income Corporation (TSX:TEI) for CAD 0.9 million during the period from January 1, 2019 to March 20, 2019. Toscana Energy Income Corporation will use the proceeds to to repay amounts owing under the credit facility.
