TORtec Group Corporation Announces Resignation Franc Smidt, Director from the Board of Directors

On October 18, 2020, Franc Smidt, Director of TORtec Group Corporation resigned from the Company's Board of Directors and, on October 21, 2020, pursuant to the Company's Bylaws, Mr. Smidt's resignation was accepted by Stephen H. Smoot, the Company's President.
