(SZSE:300005) signed a Share Transfer Agreement to acquire a 38.8% stake in G2 Touch Co.,Ltd. from E&Company Semiconductor No.1 Private Equity Fund, TG Nare LLC., TGS Inc., Hong Sun Lee, Da Bin Lee and Sung Bin Lee on March 30, 2023. The deal has been approved by directors of Toread Holdings Group. As of December 31, 2022, G2 Touch Co reported revenue of CNY 88.8 million, operating profit of CNY 15.8 million, and net profit of CNY 15.6 million.
