Top Global Limited Appoints Yeo Chin Tuan Daniel as Lead Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Top Global Limited announced that Yeo Chin Tuan Daniel has been appointed as the Lead Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect. Yeo was appointed as an Independent Director of the company on 26 April 2010 and is currently the Chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Nominating Committee.
