Tomoegawa Co., Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the six months ended September 30, 2017. For the period, the company reported revenue of JPY 17,644 million, operating income of JPY 720 million, ordinary income of JPY 654 million and net income attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 448 million or JPY 8.80 per share as compared to net sales of JPY 15,188 million, operating loss of JPY 65 million, ordinary loss of JPY 144 million and net loss attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 371 million or JPY 7.28 per share for the same period a year ago.
The company revised consolidated earnings guidance for the year ending March 31, 2018. For the year ending March 31, 2018, the company expects revenue of JPY 35,000 million, operating income of JPY 1,100 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,000 million and net income attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 600 million or JPY 11.77 per share as compared to revenue of JPY 35,000 million, operating income of JPY 800 million, ordinary income of JPY 800 million and net income attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 400 million or JPY 7.85 per share as previously guided.
