(TSE:7173) announced a private placement of 750,000 first tranche class 1 preferred shares with new investor Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited, Investment Arm at ¥20,000 per share for gross proceeds of ¥15,000,000,000 on June 3, 2016. The investor will subscribe shares through third party allocation method. The company will incur expenses in form of registration and licensing taxes, preferred share value calculation fees, and legal fees of ¥62,800,000 and will receive net proceeds of ¥14,937,200,000. The payment date is June 24, 2016. The board of directors of the company approved the transaction.
