For period ended September 2022, Seesaa Vietnam reported sales of ¥38 million, net income of -¥8.4 million, total assets of ¥9.8 million and net assets of -¥1 million. Contract conclusion is expected to occur on May 1, 2023.

The transaction is expected to complete on June 2023.
