Alexander van der Lof, CEO of TKH Group NV, told De Telegraaf on January 5, 2012 that the company is still eying N.V. Nederlandsche Apparatenfabriek "Nedap" despite its primary focus on organic growth. TKH purchased a stake in Nedap in October 2010. TKH and Nedap also held initial discussions on a possible merger, but Nedap decided to continue operating independently.
