The attached Appendix 3Y advising that a transfer of shares between entities related to Mr Burton has occurred also records the expiry of options on 31
December 2011 held by Mr Burton. These options expired unexercised.
The Company recognises that the advice in relation to the expiry of the options is outside the timeline prescribed in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.19. This has occurred due to an oversight in monitoring the expiry date of the options.
The Company has arrangements in place to record option expiry dates which are believed to be adequate and the Directors understand their obligations to comply with the notification requirements after any changes in their interests in the Company's securities.
