Ticon Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust announced earnings results for the second quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was THB 864.337 million compared to THB 753.485 million a year ago. Net income was THB 614.333 million compared to THB 514.481 million a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was THB 1,674.337 million compared to THB 1,516.649 million a year ago. Net income was THB 1,150.756 million compared to THB 996.985 million a year ago.
Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT is a Thailand-based real estate investment trust (REIT).
