Thiensurat Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform the transactions of 20,000,000 shares which was executed through SET Big Lot Board (the Big Lot Transactions), representing 3.65 percent of the total issued shares. The shares were sold by the Company's shareholders, with the details as follows:
