The Yamuna Syndicate Limited confirmed the payment of interim dividend of INR 175 per equity share of INR 100 each, already disbursed, and to declare final dividend of INR 40 per equity share of INR 100 each, as recommended by board of directors, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. Final Dividend on Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, will be paid after declaration by the members:- In respect of shares held in physical form, to those members, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company on September 20, 2021, after giving effect to all valid transmission and transposition request lodged with the Company on or before September 13, 2021. The dividend will be payable on October 13, 2021 for Final Dividend.
The Yamuna Syndicate Limited is an India-based company that is engaged in goods trading activities. It trades in batteries, lubricants, petrol pump, electrical goods, agriculture products, electrical goods and automotive lubes. The Company's segments include Batteries, Oil and Lubricants, Agriculture Products, and other segments. The Batteries segment comprises of battery, scrap battery and ups. The Oil and Lubricants segment comprises of motor spirit/HSD and lubricants. The Agriculture Products segment comprises of pesticides and other agro-chemicals. The other segments include sale of electrical goods, spare parts and accessories. It is trading in the form of distribution of auto spare parts, such as v-belts, seals, antivibration mountings, coolant, radiator hoses and filters, among others. It is an authorized distributor of Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd for their automotive lubricants and batteries, for various districts of Himachal Pradesh.
