Acrodea, Inc. (TSE:3823) entered into contract to acquire EMICIA Co.,Ltd. from Emiko Isogami and E-MIRAI Co., Ltd. for approximately ¥130 million on May 13, 2016. Under the terms of the transaction, Acrodea will acquire 1,048 shares in EMICIA which represents 100% stake in EMICIA. EMICIA will operate Acrodea as wholly owned subsidiary. During the year ended September 2015, EMICIA Co.,Ltd. had net liabilities of ¥16 million, total assets of ¥7 million, sales of ¥8 million, operating loss of ¥24 million, and net loss of ¥24 million. The corporate resolution date is May 13, 2016. The transaction is expected to close on June 1, 2016.
