The Quarto Group, Inc. Appoints Jane Moriarty as a Non-Executive Director of the Company

The Quarto Group has appointed Jane Moriarty as a Non-Executive Director of the company with immediate effect. Jane spent 29 years at, and is a former partner of, KPMG and headed the firm's London Region restructuring business for 12 years. Jane is currently Non-Executive Director of NG Bailey. Jane is currently also a Board member of Ince & Co, an international commercial law firm headquartered in London.
