The Quarto Group has appointed Andy Cumming as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Andy will join the board on March 1, 2018. Andy has over 40 years' experience in banking and risk management. Andy is currently Non-Executive Director of Lloyds Development Capital, Bluestone Holdings Limited, and Seadrill Partners LLC.
