With reference to The One Enterprise Public Company Limited (the "Company") had conducted the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 476,250,000 newly issued shares at the offering price of Baht 8.50 per share on November 2021, and the Company had received Baht 3,900 million in the net aggregate (after deducting all IPO-related expenses).
