George Kastisiaunis an independent director on the Board and will serve on the Company’s Audit Committee Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Kastisiaunis currently serves as a self-employed consultant. Ehud Ernst, is an independent director on the Board and will serve on the Company’s Audit Committee, Compensation Committee (chairman) and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Since 2015, Mr. Ernst has been the chief executive officer of HyperTail.es. From Amir Sternhell, 68, is an independent director on the Board and will serve on the Company’s Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee (chairman). Since 2016, Mr. Sternhell has served as chief strategy officer of Sertainty, a data optimization company.
