The Karur Vysya Bank Limited announced re-organisation of top management. The existing President & Chief Operating Officer of the Bank, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) Shri J Natarajan, is re-designated as President (KMP) and shall be responsible for leading the business verticals in Commercial and Corporate Lending and also lead special projects for the businesses including Consumer Banking, effective immediate. Shri M S Chandrasekaran has taken charge immediate as Chief Operating Officer of the Bank in Chief General Manager cadre (CGM-COO) and categorized as KMP. Shri Dolphy Jose, General Manager and Head of Consumer Banking of the Bank, is elevated this day to Chief General Manager and Head of Consumer Banking, and categorized as KMP. The incumbent of the President & COO (KMP) Shri J Natarajan, is now designated as President and shall be responsible for leading the business verticals in Commercial and Corporate Lending and also lead special projects for the businesses including Consumer Banking. Shri J Natarajan, President & COO has held the position from April 01, 2018, having grown within the Bank since April 27, 1983. Shri. M. S. Chandrasekaran was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in Chief General Manager cadre (CGM- COO) and categorized as KMP. He has joined the Bank as CGM-COO, after superannuation from Axis Bank as SVP and Head - Branch Snap and Revenue Audits. Prior to Axis Bank, he had served in the State Bank of India in multiple role, last being NRI Manager at Pondicherry. Shri Dolphy Jose, General Manager and Head of Consumer Banking is elevated to Chief General Manager and Head of Consumer Banking, and categorized as KMP. He joined the Bank on 07.01.2019 as General Manager and Chief Business Officer of NEO. From April 05, 2022, he had been given additional charge of the erstwhile PBLG and PBAG groups under the combined vertical of Consumer Banking. Subsequently, in view of the focus on Retail Business in the Divisions and Branches, the
reporting of Divisional Managers was also re-aligned to him.
