From October 1, 2018 to December 30, 2018, the company has repurchased 117,396 shares, representing 0.28% for $13.48 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 14,932,045 shares, representing 30.5% for $811.96 million under the buyback announced on October 29, 2007.

The Company operates through three segments: Core Commercial, Specialty, Personal Lines and Other. The Other segment primarily includes Opus, which provides investment advisory services to affiliates.
